Strategic Plan (Adopted December 15, 2010)

With the adoption of the Strategic Plan on December 10, 2008, the Governing Board established a model of governance, Policy Governance. This model of board governance focuses Board work on policy decisions, rather than operational issues. Policy Governance boards adopt a set of policies based on mission and vision which focuses on desired end results for the organization.
