Spelling Bee

MARLEY PARK ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
5TH ANNUAL SPELLING BEE

Students in grades 5-8 can start studying now for a chance to represent our school at the District Spelling Bee. The winner of the Marley Park Elementary School’s 5th Annual Spelling Bee will participate in the District Bee, and then may eventually advance to the Regional, State, and ultimately ~ the National Spelling Bee in Washington D.C.


Classroom Bees will be completed by December 1st
MPES Bee will be conducted on December 9th at 9:30 am
The District Bee will be conducted on January 22, 2009
Students can log onto www.myspellit.com for a complete list of words to study. You can also get information about the Scripps National Spelling Bee at www.spellingbee.com.
