Surplus  Equipment

Property that is surplus at any unit shall be transferred to the Warehouse for reassignment to other District locations where a need may exist for the equipment.

Transfer  of  Equipment

All transfer of property within a school or other District location must first have the approval of the principal or department head.  A transfer form must be completed and sent to Fixed Asses to update the inventory list.
