A Message From the Principal

Principal Longoria
Dear Dysart Eagle Families,

I am extremely excited to be able to serve as the Principal at Dysart Elementary School! Dysart Unified School District has been my home for twenty years, as I started in the district, right here at DES in the seventh grade, moved onto Dysart High School, then returned to begin my teaching journey as a math teacher here in the district. I have served in various roles including teacher, academic interventionist, and assistant principal.

I graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Education, specializing in Mathematics, and Grand Canyon University with both my Master’s Degree in Education Leadership, and Doctor of Education degree in Organizational Leadership. I have three children, one 4th grader, a Kindergartner, and a one year-old.

I believe in empowering all students to achieve their very best by fostering a culture of greatness, and I am committed to growing student leaders who exceed expectations in arts, athletics, and/or academics. I look forward to collaborating with you in order to foster a family where EAGLES LEAD!

Please do not hesitate to email me at [email protected] or call me at 623-876-7100  with any questions or to discuss opportunities to be involved in our school community.  I look forward to working with you!

Warm Regards,
Ashley Longoria
