Lock Your Computer

Protect Student Data / Lock Your Computer

It is the duty of every staff member to protect student data.  Every time you step away from your computer, it should first be locked. Locking your computer when you are not using it prevents potential malicious or inadvertent access to student data as well as your individual files, settings, and email.

One very quick way to lock your computer is to use the "Windows" Key and "L" key at the same time.
