Facilities Account and Registration FAQ's

Please refer to the instructions below in creating an online account.

Create an Account Profile
  1. At, select “Click Here to Create an Account.”
  2. Complete the required information and select “Create Account” button at the bottom of the screen.
  3. An email will be sent with a link to verify the account. Use the “Verify Your Email Address” button on the email to verify the account.  
Manage Facility Account
  1. Go to
  2. Choose “Manage Account.”  
  3. Enter email address and password.
  4. From drop-down menu, select "View Your Dashboard" 
  5. Select "Explore All Programs"
  6. Select "Facilities"
  7. Select "Account Management"
  8. Select the desired account to view your management options:
    • Create a New Request
    • Make a Payment
    • View the Facilities Calendar
    • View Financial History
    • View Facilities Request
