Freshman Athlete Information

Dysart High School will be hosting summer conditioning for students registered for the 2019-2020 school year. Summer conditioning runs from May 28th through July 25th, from 7am to 12pm, Monday through Thursday.

The requirements for incoming freshman are: registration on sign up for all sports the student is interested in and summer conditioning, get a sports on AIA physical forms, that is dated AFTER March 1, 2019, complete the AIA Consent to Treat form, complete the concussion course at and pay the $25 fee for summer conditioning.

All forms are available on or a paper packet can be picked up from the Athletic Office. 
(Returning athletes have the same requirements except they have already completed the concussion course.) 

Below is the current summer conditioning schedule by sport, please email the coach directly with sports specific questions. 
For athletic clearance questions, please contact the Athletic Office at 623-876-7537, which will be open June 4 - June 27, on Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday​,​​ ​from 7am -12pm​.
