Student Material Pick-up and Drop-Off

Dear Asante Families,

This year is quickly coming to an end. It has been an unusual spring and with that comes some new processes for end of the year procedures.

First, we have set-up two days and sets of times for you to pick-up any items you need to get from the school, and to drop-off school materials. The first date for this will be Saturday, May 16th from 8:00 to 11:00 AM. The other date is Monday, May 18th from 8:00-10:00 AM or 5:30-7:00 PM. During these times, we will ask you to stay in your car and pull through the front loop. There will be three stations you will pull up to as needed. The stations are listed below:
 
  • Station 1: Pick up of personal materials and return uniforms or teacher’s personal items
    • At this station, you will give the student name(s) and their bagged personal items will be given to you. We will also collect uniforms and teacher’s personal items if you have any.

  • Station 2: Return Chromebooks and Chargers
    • At this station, you will hand back the chromebooks and chargers checked out in your student’s name. You will sign the return form at this station.

  • Station 3: Return library books
    • This will be a pull-up and go after dropping off library books still checked out.


Finally, fourth quarter report cards will be available electronically in the Parent Portal. If you need help to access your Parent Portal, email [email protected] or call 623-523-8900 and someone will call you back.
