Google Drive and Documents

Google Drive- Keep Everything. Share anything. Dysart uses Google's GSuite as the collaborative and cloud based solution for teachers and students.  All Dysart students and staff have Google GSuite accounts including mail, calendar, sites, and documents.  Google for Education provides information about the safety and security of data online.

  Create, Collaborate and Share

Google Drive allows storage of your Google Documents the user to create Documents (word processor), Spreadsheets, Presentations (PowerPoint), and Forms (surveys, data collection) online. The user can then share and collaborate in real time on those documents. This also allows the user to safely store and organize their work. But more importantly, you can control who can see and edit your documents. When creating in Google Docs, you can create from scratch, start from a template, or upload your existing files. And the familiar desktop feel makes creating and editing simple.

With your Dysart account you have access to your drive anywhere and anytime through signing in at Dysart.org.  You have 30 GB of combined storage available to you.  Your created Google Documents take up 0GB of space.  Your space is taken when you save additional file types such as, .PDF, .jpeg, .doc, .ppx, etc. into your Drive.
