Latest Update for Reopening
We wanted to provide all of you with the latest news and school updates.  Dysart Unified School District has revised the reopening plan for students to return to in-person learning.  Since the beginning of the school year, a phased-in approach has been taken for both staff and students.  We currently have all staff members, Learning Lab and preschool students on campus each day.  Using data, our district leaders have determined we are ready for more student groups to return to in-person learning.  Please read through updates and safety information. TRES Reopening Letter [PDF]

I-School vs. Virtual
Is your child an "I-School student?

If so, they will not be returning back to campus but will be working fully on-line on the Schoology program.  This program is self-paced, which gives them the flexibility to accomplish tasks on their own schedule.  Instruction will not be provided to these students and they will not be interacting with other students in the classroom.  There will also no longer be the virtual classroom (i.e. google meets) where teachers provide instruction on the computer.

If you would prefer to move from I-School to In-Person or visa versa, good news!  We will have a temporary "grace period" allowing families to change their option.  Please send an email to Lorrie at [email protected] if you would like to change your learning preference.

In-Person School Starts Soon!
Super important update about online/virtual/in-person learning following the District’s update to our return back to in-person learning starting on Monday, September 14th for students in grades kindergarten through 4th grade and Monday, September 21st for students in grades 5-8.  If your child is an "in-person" student, they will be physically on campus instead of the video classroom.  The District requires all students to wear face coverings for staff, students, and guests on campus.   Students will be permitted to take off their masks when eating and when they are outdoors.
