Records Requests

There are several types of records which may be requested :

Public Records Requests

  • HR/Personnel records (you are a current or former employee of the District)
  • Employment/ Work Experience verifications
  • District financial/purchasing records
  • Commercial requests 

Student Records Requests

Requests for student records include:
  • Special Education Records
  • High School Transcripts (Grades 9-12)
  • Student Education Records
  • Student Health Records
  • Education/Graduation Verification  

Student Directory Information

These requests include Personally Identifiable Information of students. Dysart Unified School District follows strict guidelines regarding who may receive this information.  Please refer to the Student Directory Information webpage for details.


Subpoenas may be requested for a variety of reasons.
