Dysart Dash Virtual Run Is Coming!
The annual Dysart Dash presented by the Dysart Education Foundation will be a virtual race from October 26 - November 30, 2020. To participate, select the 5K or Kids Challenge and complete any time, anywhere! The $30 registration fee includes a tech shirt, performance mask, finisher medal and digital race bib, or select one of our FREEBIE options to join the fun without the fee (race packet not included).

This annual fundraiser supports Dysart Education Foundation’s efforts to provide teacher mini-grants and college scholarships for Dysart School District teachers and students. Sponsors include: Saguaro Screen Printing, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona, Total Dental Administrators, Inc. and Delta Dental of Arizona.

Chromebook Distribution Day
Chromebook distribution days are designated by the first letter of your child's last name. Here is the schedule:

First Letter of Last Name:A-L
Date: Tuesday, July 28th
Time: 7:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m.

First Letter of Last Name: M-Z
Date: Wednesday, July 29th
Time: 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.


Here are some important details to know:
  • A $25 non-refundable fee will be assessed to your student’s account upon receipt of the device.  Payment is due no later than one week after check out.    
  • When you arrive on campus, please go to the outside cafeteria doors.  A mask is required to be worn upon entering the cafeteria and social distancing must be followed.
  • If a parent has multiple FTA enrolled students, they will be able to pick up all chromebooks at the same time.  
  • If your FTA enrolled child has enrolled in iSchool and needs a device, they will checkout a Chromebook from our school. 
  • When remote learning concludes and school can resume in person per Governor's orders, your child will need to bring the checked out chromebook to school every day.  Please know that all devices checked out will be turned in at the end of the school year.  However, your child will be allowed to leave it at school to be safely stored if you would like.

FTA Meet the Teacher Night 2020
Meet the Teacher Night 

This year, our Meet the Teacher night will look a little different.  On Wednesday, July 29, your child's teacher will send out an email introducing him or herself to you. In this email, there will be a video of your child's teacher talking about how instruction will be delivered during remote learning and in person, safety protocols in place when in person school resumes, grading policies, and many more important details.  This email will also contain a link for you to sign up for a 10 minute slot of time to conference with your teacher on Friday, July 31.  You will have the option of the teacher calling you or virtually meeting with you using Google Meets or Zoom.   Families will receive 2 volunteer hours when they conference with their child's teacher.  Please note that 2 hours will only be given to families once - even if there are multiple children.
