There are several ways records may be requested :
Public Records Requests
Including:
- HR/Personnel records (you are a current or former employee of the District)
- Employment/ Work Experience verifications
- District financial/purchasing records
- Commercial requests
Student Directory Information
These requests include Personally Identifiable Information of students. Dysart Unified School District follows strict guidelines regarding who may receive this information. Please refer to the Student Directory Information webpage for details.
Student Records Requests
Requests for student records include:
- Special Education Records
- High School Transcripts (Grades 9-12)
- Student Education Records
- Student Health Records
- Education/Graduation Verification
Subpoenas
Information requested through an order issued by the court. All subpoenas must be served at the District office.
