OVERVIEW
The goal of the West Point middle level K8 sports program is to provide all students with a safe and supportive environment that encourages active participation in a variety of sports. We strive to provide positive experiences and guide our student athletes toward realizing their full potential. Win or lose, our students learn lessons of a lasting and positive nature.
West Point is part of the Dysart Unified School District (DUSD) division. The DUSD division is comprised of eight, K-8 Schools. All schools in the DUSD division will compete in the end of season playoffs against other DUSD division teams.

Cheer consists of two seasons for each division and a final All District Cheer Competition at the end of the school year. All cheer teams will cheer for their home team at basketball games and flag football games during the winter and spring seasons. The All District Cheer Competition is mandatory for all schools and is hosted by a high school Varsity Cheer Team.
