Academic Vision Statement & Operating Protocol
At their Jan. 27, 2007 workshop, the Governing Board engaged in a very positive, vibrant dialog about student achievement. The discussion ultimately led to the adoption of the Governing Board Academic Vision Statement. This recommitment to raise academic expectations and standards throughout the Dysart Unified School District was designed to help foster a unity between district administration and the Governing Board and to show the Board's support for those in leadership roles at Dysart.
To further this commitment, the Governing Board also adopted a School Board Operating Protocol at their Feb. 14, 2007 meeting, which defines 16 operating standards that the Governing Board promises to follow.
