Dysart Unified School District is accepting new PreK-12 student enrollment applications for the 2026-2027 school year. Parents and guardians can complete the necessary registration information online at Dysart.org/enroll at any time. Within the enrollment application, parents are able to select their home school, or request their child attend another school outside of their boundary school, including Freedom Traditional Academy, through Open Enrollment. Preschool enrollment options are also available on the main enrollment link above, as well as at GrowingMindsPreschool.org. Learn more at Dysart.org/Preschool.

For in-person enrollment assistance between June 8th and July 1st, families may visit the District Office Monday through Thursday at 15802 N. Parkview Place in Surprise, Arizona from 8am-4:30pm.  All K-12 school offices will reopen for in person enrollment on Wednesday, July 8.

Please note that in order to finalize registration the following documents will be required: government issued photo identification; birth certificate; proof of residency; and immunization records. To keep up with their child’s academic progress, parents are encouraged to sign up for the Parent Portal at Dysart.org/parentportal or via the Campus Parent app, available as early as 24 hours after registration is finalized. The 8th Grade Promotion Ceremony will take place Thursday, May 21st at 1:00pm at The Vista Center for the Arts.

• Don't Forget To Smile!: Dazzle the photographer with your award winning smile!
• Order Portraits: After picture day, check your email for a link to your student's gallery  OR  Two weeks after picture day, your student will bring home proofs for you to order portraits online

It’s Time to Complete the Annual Parent Survey!

Please remember to complete our annual Parent Survey if you haven’t already done so. We want to know what our district and school are doing well and how we can improve in the future. It should take about 5 minutes to complete and will be open through Sunday, February 15. Find it in English at www.dysart.org/survey and in Spanish at www.dysart.org/encuesta 

We have early dismissal on Thursday, 2/5, & Friday, 2/6. Students will be dismissed at 1:00pm.

Open Conferences for all grades will be Thursday, 2/5, from 1:15pm to 6:15pm. If you cannot make the open conference times, please contact your student's teacher for an appointment on a different day.

ARMS will be closed November 24 - November 28 for Thanksgiving Recess. School will resume on Monday, December 1st.

The week of November 17 - 21, we will be battling Sonoran Heights Middle School for the Attendance Matters Challenge.

During this week, the attendance rates for both Ashton Ranch and Sonoran Heights will be tracked by the district, and at the end of the week, the school with the best attendance rates will win the challenge.

Come on Mustangs, let's give it our best and show up every day! Let's beat Sonoran Heights and WIN this challenge!!!

Dysart Schools is excited to announce that all schools in the district earned an “A” or “B” rating in the 2025 state accountability labels. Additionally, Dysart Unified School District received an overall “A” rating as a district for the third year in a row. This letter grade provides us a glimpse into many areas of proficiency and growth for our school, including information about student achievement, college and career readiness, student growth, and other key areas of interest. We appreciate our hardworking students, staff and parents for their contributions in making our school an “A” rated school!
