Student Insurance - K-12 Voluntary Student Accident Coverage

Proof of insurance is required for all students participating in athletics.

For this school year, the district has partnered with K&K Insurance to provide information to parents and guardians regarding accident insurance coverage for students. Parents and guardians may enroll their student/s on-line at the K&K Insurance website or request the information flyer and an application from the school site.

There is no need to complete a paper application as you can enroll online. Payment(s) must be made directly to the company via credit card on-line. School sites and/or school personnel will NOT accept any payment for student insurance.

If you want to obtain and save your quotes you will need to register for an online account at the K&K Insurance website under Login/Register. Enrolling is easy and takes only a few minutes.

Parents and guardians can access the K&K Insurance website to view plans and enroll their child directly online. Please click on the button labeled "K&K Insurance Website" below:

To view or print the English/Spanish instructions on how to enroll online please click on the button labeled "Enroll Online Flyer" below:

NOTE; If a student sustains an injury during the school day, you will need to obtain a claim form from the K&K Insurance website. Once the parent or guardian has completed the form they will need to have the school administration signature acknowledging that the injury took place on site during the school day (or coverage period).
