Career & College Expo

The annual Career and College Expo will be held on November 2, from 6-8 pm at the Dysart District Office located at 15802 N. Parkview Place in Surprise, Arizona. The event is an opportunity for students and families to learn about career and education pathways offered through the district and with community partners. Learn More

Community survey now open

Our community survey is now open for parents, staff, and community members regarding perceptions about the district from October 10th through October 31st. The Community and Communication Survey is a key piece of the newly adopted Strategic Plan. Cimarron Springs Letter Grade

The Arizona State Board of Education (SBE) developed a new accountability system aligned to the federal Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) mandates and, on October 9, 2017, the 2016-2017 labels were released to the public. The new labels labels were calculated utilizing the system adopted by the SBE on September 25, 2017. More information

Growth Mindset

Students in 4th grade spent the first several weeks of school learning about what it means to have a growth mindset vs. a fixed mindset. They identified examples of quotes, discussed how to approach challenging skills and identified where they had "new, not yet, and strong" neuron connections.
