Facility Rentals

All facility requests will be completed online utilizing Eleyo. Click here to create/log in to an online account.
Once your account is created you will be able to check for vacancies, request a facility, pay for your rental(s) and manage your account.
You will need to add your method of payment before requesting the facility. To do so click here.
We will need a signed copy of the Facility Use Guidelines and Facility Use Agreement, as well as a copy of liability insurance. Please attach all forms here.
