In accordance with Dysart Unified School District Policy Section 10.47 - Student Insurance Programs
"The Board may provide or make available a student health benefits insurance program for the District. The program will be conducted at no expense to the District. The District cannot pay for health benefits plan insurance out of monies from the School District’s maintenance and operation budget."
For this school year, the district has partnered with K&K Insurance to provide information to parents and guardians regarding accident insurance coverage for students.
Proof of insurance is required for all students participating in athletics.
Parents and guardians may enroll their student/s on-line. Although information and applications are available at each school site, there is no need to complete a paper application as you can enroll online. Payment must be made directly to the company via credit card on-line. School sites and/or school personnel will NOT accept payment for student insurance.

NOTE; If a student sustains an injury during the school day, you will need to obtain a claim form from the K&K Insurance website. Once the parent or guardian has completed the form they will need to have the school administration signature acknowledging that the injury took place on site during the school day (or coverage period).
