OVERVIEW
At Valley Vista High School the visual and performing arts play a central role. The arts give students the opportunity to nurture their creative sides, develop workplace skills and prepare them for the next steps. As a part of award winning performing arts programs such as dance, band, choir, and theater, students will learn how to put on outstanding productions that will teach them the value of time management, hard work, and teamwork. Students also have the opportunity to compete locally and across the country in many of our performing arts programs. Students looking to express their creativity through visual art also have the opportunity to take amazing 3D and 2D courses that explore painting, drawing, ceramics and mixed-media techniques.
