Our vision is to empower our students, staff, and community to build strong, healthy minds and bodies.

El Mirage Elementary School is dedicated to the healthy mind and body of each student. We recognize the importance of academically preparing our students for college and careers, while teaching the skills necessary to become well-rounded, healthy individuals. Through health and wellness experiences, college preparation, and physical fitness, students will achieve their full potential and learn life-long skills for success.

Tiger Sports Club

Students can join us Monday–Friday from 7:00–8:30 AM for fun, fitness, and a strong start to the day — all for just $75/month! Have more than one child participating? Reach out to the school for a sibling discount promo code!

Cross Country

El Mirage participates in Dysart’s Cross Country athletic season. Students in 3rd and 4th grades are eligible to participate on the Cross Country team. Team members will attend practices 3-4 days per week before school to train and build their endurance in running distances. Team members will also participate in district Cross Country meets, which occur on Saturdays.

Chess

Dysart Schools is piloting a competitive Chess program for students in grades 3-8. The program will use the US Chess Federation & AIA rules and up to 10 students per school will compete in a swiss team style tournament.
