Weekly Updates 2/20/24

Dear Asante Families- 

February is halfway done already!  With this month, we are already starting some of our field days and also our field trips.  There is a lot going on!   

Here are the upcoming events and information:  

• There is no school on Presidents’ Day, Monday February 19th. 
• Our February 23rd,  first our 2nd and 3rd grade Field Day will take place from 8:30-10:30,  and then our K/1st grade Asante Field Day will take place from  1:00-2:30 pm.  Students will work together to complete many exciting relay races and activities. Students are encouraged to wear comfortable clothes, shoes, hats, and bring water bottles. Cookies will also be given out during the day of fun! • Yearbooks are on sale now for $30. Here is the  link  to order.  
• If your child will be out,  please call the attendance line 623-523-8900 and press 1. Please make sure to leave the student name, grade and the reason for the absence.
