Letter From the Principal
I am so honored and excited to continue to be a part of the Rattlers family as your Principal! I am eager to work with our students and families this year. I have been a Dysart community member and parent of 3 young children in the district since moving from Illinois in 2014. As an educator for more than 20 years, I have been allowed so many wonderful opportunities as a Teacher, Behavior Interventionist, and Assistant Principal.
I look forward to our collaboration to help and support each of our students to learn and grow this year. I believe in the teaching of the whole child, supporting their academic and social growth and allowing them to create, explore and flourish as individuals.
Our partnership is critical. Please do not hesitate to reach out via email or 623-523-8500. Thank you for your support.

Letter From the Assistant Principal
I am honored to join this incredible school community as your Assistant Principal! With 22 years of experience in education as a classroom teacher, reading interventionist, instructional coach, and administrator, I have had the privilege of supporting students, teachers, and families in a variety of roles.
Throughout my career, one belief has remained at the heart of everything I do: every child can learn at high levels when they are surrounded by positive relationships, high expectations, and adults who never stop believing in them. I am passionate about creating a school culture where every student feels valued, supported, and inspired to reach their full potential. One quote that has always inspired my work comes from educator Rita Pierson: "Every child deserves a champion." Those words remind me daily of the profound impact caring adults have on a child's confidence, growth, and success. I strive to ensure every student feels seen, valued, and empowered to reach their fullest potential.
Outside of school, I am a proud wife, mom, and grandma who loves spending time outdoors. Whether I'm camping, fishing, hiking, hunting, or capturing nature through photography, I enjoy making memories with my family in the great outdoors! I am excited to get to know our students, families, and staff and to build strong partnerships that help every child thrive. I look forward to becoming an active part of this wonderful community and making this an incredible year together!
