Canyon Ridge's sports program's main objective is to foster the growth of our students. This growth is seen not only on the court or field, but in the classroom. We build character, enhance performance, and improve skill. This can be seen through the list of our achievements.

Canyon Ridge is part of the Northwest Valley Athletic Conference (NWVAC). NWVAC is comprised of four K-8 and four middle schools from Dysart Unified School District. The top two teams from each region will compete in the Northwest Valley Athletic Conference Tournament of Champions against the top teams from Peoria and Deer Valley Unified School Districts.

Cheer consists of two seasons for each division and a final All District Cheer Competition at the end of the school year. All cheer teams will cheer for their home team at basketball games and flag football games during the winter and spring seasons. The All District Cheer Competition is mandatory for all schools and is hosted by a high school Varsity Cheer Team.
